Akram
Razzouk, M.D.
Dr. Razzouk is the founder and Medical Director of Salt Creek
Therapy Center and Medical Director of Mental Health Services at
Adventist Hinsdale Hospital. He has been the Teaching Chief of
Psychiatry for Hinsdale Family Practice Residency since 1982.
He completed Medical School and Psychiatry Residency at Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, California.
Dr. Razzouk is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and
Neurology. He is also a Life Member of the American College of
Physicians Executives (ACPE) since 1987.
His areas of interest include Adult Psychiatry and Gero—Psychiatry,
Electro-Convulsive Therapy, Administrative Medicine and Academic
Psychiatry.
Dr. Razzouk has medical staff privileges at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital and Adventist La Grange Memorial Hospital.
He has been Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Adventist
Hinsdale Hospital for over 10 years and currently serves on the
Governing Board of Adventist Midwest Health.
Dr. Razzouk has been a frequent contributor of Mental Health Articles in local community newspapers.
Dr. Razzouk also published in the DePaul University Journal of Law an article regarding Post Traumatic Stress in the Military.
Sanjeev Dwivedi, M.D.
Dr. Dwivedi comes to Salt Creek Therapy Center
from the Institute of Personal Development where he has practiced
since August of 2001. He completed his medical training at the Jawahar
Lal Nehru Medical College in 1990, then went into private practice
doing general medicine. In July of 1999, Dr. Dwivedi entered a General
Psychiatry residency at the Chicago Medical School. Following the
completion of this residency, he obtained a fellowship in Child
Psychiatry with the Institute for Juvenile Research at the University
of Illinois at Chicago.
Since completing his fellowship in Child Psychiatry,
Dr. Dwivedi has practiced at the Institute for Personal Development
in Morris, at North Central Behavioral Health in La Salle, and at
the Dupage County Mental Health Department. His focus at Salt Creek
Therapy Center is Child and Adolescent care.
Judi McInerney, Psy.D.
A licensed clinical psychologist and a registered
professional nurse. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago IL.,
with a specialization in Health Psychology, and has been practicing
in the Chicago area since 1992. .
Dr. McInerney is specialized in the treatment
of adults and adolescents. She is experienced with diagnostic psychological
testing for a variety of circumstances, and has completed Level
1 training certificate in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
Richard Ney, Ph.D.
Dr. Ney is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. He has extensive experience in academics, hospital administration, clinical practice and managed health care. He is a former Director of Inpatient Services at Chicago-Read Mental Health Center and former Chairman of the Department of Psychology at Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois.
Dr. Ney is a Professor in the Department of Behavioral Medicine at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, Illinois. He is a well known speaker providing workshops and training seminars in child and adolescent behavior, developmental disabilities, marriage and family issues, team building and career planning.
Dr. Ney provides treatment for children, adolescents and adults. His area of interest is family therapy for families with children diagnosed with developmental disorders.
Cathryn
Puskarich, Ph. D., (L.C.P. )
Licensed Clinical Psychologist who holds a Masters
and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. has been practicing
in the area for over 15 years. She works with adults, adolescents,
and children using individual and family intervention techniques.
Dr. Puskarich has provided psychotherapy and
psychodiagnostic testing and evaluation since 1984, and has research
experience in stress management and relaxation training. Her area
of expertise include the treatment of anxiety disorders, marital
disorders. divorce recovery and relationships issues, and ADHD.
Deborah
L. Levinson, L.M.F.T.
Deborah is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapists with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. She has worked with challenging children, adolescents, and their families since 1990. Deborah has facilitated family reunification, taught parenting classes, facilitated adolescent sexual abuse survivor groups and helped heal victims of sexual and physical abuse.
Deborah is sensitive to patients' cultural and spiritual values. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, co-dependency, marital therapy and survivors of abuse. Deborah assists patients in moving from powerlessness to making choices that bring them fulfillment and happiness.
